Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped.

Cancellation requests are subject to verification and the current processing status of the order.

1. How to Cancel an Order

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Name used when placing the order

  • Contact details used for the purchase

We recommend submitting cancellation requests as early as possible, as orders may be processed for dispatch shortly after confirmation.

2. Once the Order Has Been Shipped

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.

Customers should not refuse delivery as a substitute for an order cancellation.

If a customer refuses or does not accept a shipped order, the applicable terms relating to COD advances, shipping, returns, or replacements may still apply.

3. COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the customer is required to pay a 10% online confirmation advance at the time of placing the order.

The remaining 90% is payable at the time of delivery, subject to the courier or delivery partner's collection process.

The 10% COD confirmation advance is non-refundable once the COD order has been confirmed.

This applies even if the customer:

  • Later requests cancellation before shipment;

  • Refuses delivery; or

  • Does not accept the order.

4. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, a cancellation request made before shipment may be processed, subject to verification and the order's processing status.

If the cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be made to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or applicable payment-processing timelines.

5. Cancellation After Processing Begins

Damn Diva reserves the right to decline cancellation requests received after an order has already entered the shipping or fulfilment process.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be available.
