By accessing or using the Damn Diva website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.

1. Products and Product Information

Damn Diva offers statement handbags and related products as displayed on the website.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product images, colours, descriptions, specifications, and other product information are displayed as accurately as possible.

However, minor variations may occur due to:

  • Photography and lighting conditions

  • Individual screen or device settings

  • Manufacturing or finishing characteristics

  • Differences between actual products and digital images

Product availability may change at any time without prior notice.

2. Prices and Orders

Prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time of purchase, unless an obvious pricing or information error has occurred.

Damn Diva reserves the right to correct pricing, product information, promotional, or other website errors.

If an order is affected by a material error, Damn Diva may contact the customer before processing or fulfilling the order.

An order is considered confirmed once:

  • The required payment has been successfully received; or

  • For eligible COD orders, the required COD confirmation advance has been successfully received; and

  • The order has been accepted for processing by Damn Diva.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations.

To confirm a COD order, the customer is required to pay an advance equal to 10% of the total order value online.

The remaining 90% of the order value is payable at the time of delivery, subject to the courier or delivery partner's collection process.

The 10% COD confirmation advance is non-refundable once the COD order has been confirmed, including situations where the customer:

  • Subsequently cancels the order;

  • Refuses to accept the delivery; or

  • Is unavailable or otherwise does not accept the delivery.

Customers placing COD orders are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and should remain available to receive the order.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete, including:

  • Full name

  • Mobile number

  • Email address

  • Shipping address

  • Delivery details

Damn Diva will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. Website Use

You agree to use the Damn Diva website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems; or

  • Misuse, copy, or reproduce website content without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Damn Diva name, branding, logos, product imagery, website design, text, graphics, descriptions, and other original materials are owned by or used by Damn Diva and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, commercially exploit, or otherwise use Damn Diva's intellectual property without prior written permission.

7. Website Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, Damn Diva does not guarantee that all website content, product information, pricing, availability, or other information will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, products, services, or features without prior notice.
