Damn Diva currently offers delivery across India. We aim to process and deliver every order as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

1. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available across India.

No separate shipping fee will be charged to the customer at checkout unless a specific product, location, or delivery circumstance is expressly stated on the website.

2. Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery timeframe is 5–7 business days after the order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Courier and logistics operations

  • Local delivery conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Circumstances outside Damn Diva's reasonable control

The estimated delivery timeframe is therefore not a guaranteed delivery date.

3. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed for dispatch after:

  • Successful receipt of the required payment; or

  • For COD orders, successful receipt of the required 10% online confirmation advance; and

  • Confirmation and acceptance of the order for processing.

Processing and dispatch times may vary during promotional campaigns, sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

4. Delivery Delays

Occasional delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond Damn Diva's reasonable control, including:

  • Courier or logistics disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Remote or difficult-to-service locations

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • High-volume sales or promotional periods

  • Transportation or operational disruptions

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Where reasonably possible, Damn Diva will assist customers in following up with the relevant courier or delivery partner regarding delayed shipments.

5. Incorrect Address / Unsuccessful Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number when placing an order.

Damn Diva will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address;

  • Incorrect contact information;

  • Repeated unavailability of the customer;

  • Refusal to accept the delivery; or

  • Other circumstances attributable to the customer,

additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply where applicable.

6. Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available, customers may receive shipment or tracking details through the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Customers should use the tracking information to follow the progress of their shipment and remain available to receive the order.
